Our team are police checked, have experience of working in the community, and have experienced downsizing, relocating and starting again.  We are all empathetic, caring and passionate about making your move as smooth as we can.

We will listen, we will not direct.  We will not make your decisions for you or undertake any work for you without your signed authority.  We will go the extra mile to help you find the right place and to make your move the best it can be.

We have no affiliations, or receive any monies from, any organisation we work with on your behalf.  We will negotiate a fair price from service organisations (eg moving companies) for you, but receive no commission or payment on your behalf.

We will deliver everything we have all agreed to in your relocation support contract and provide regular reports on progress.  We will also provide regular information on costs-incurred on request.
